The living room sits on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by trees. Sliders open to a brand new deck that seats 8 — this is where your vacation happens. Morning coffee. Afternoon shade. Dinner under the sky.

Walk 5 minutes and you're at a private bay beach with views straight into the sunset. Burton Baker Beach is a 12-minute walk. The kids disappear into the woods and the yard. The hammock is waiting.

We've been vacationing in Wellfleet with our three boys for 8 years. We bought this home in 2024 because Indian Neck is the place we always come back to.

Located in one of Wellfleet’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the home is close to town, close to the bay, and set back enough to feel private — even in peak season.
