Walk 5 minutes and you're at a private bay beach. In fall, the water stays warm from summer through September. The neighborhood empties out after Labor Day. You'll have Indian Neck to yourself.
We've been vacationing in Wellfleet with our three boys for 8 years. We bought this home in 2024 because Indian Neck is the place we always come back to.
